Application for Admission Process (One Time Fee)

To start your application for admission process to become a student at United Cornerstone University (UCU).  Please fill out an application with a $25 application fee due that you can pay in the Payments Tab.  


Helpful Hints

You must first save document (save by clicking File and Save As, please save somewhere you remember).  Open application for admission form and click on Fill&Sign in the Adobe Reader (PDF).  Click on Add Text.  Place cursor where you would like to begin typing and press enter.  Continue process until have completed application. Upon completion you can email application for admission form to [email protected]  Once payment for application fee has been processed you will receive notification of your application status.

Registration Process (Each Session Fee)

New and returning students for each session you must pay a $50 registration fee (includes processing fees).  Please fill out your registration form for this session.  You can pay in the Payments Tab.
